Objective or purpose:
Registering and disseminating information about the
documents whereby real rights on registrable goods
and chattels are established, modified, declared or removed, in particular
those concerning motor vehicles, ships, airplanes, machinery and other
related vehicles. It is also in charge of annotating registration documents
emitted by the corresponding authorities, such as lawsuits, confiscations,
infractions, and other preventive measures concerning said goods, and
registering and disseminating information about chattel liens that affect
them.
Services:
- Annotating the registrations of goods and chattels, lawsuits,
confiscations, infractions and collisions.
- Registering and disseminating information about liens on goods and
chattels.
- Assigning registration numbers and providing them for those goods
which require them, as well as permits for them to exit the country.
